What a great resource for woman in ministry.  Leading & Loving it offers a blog highlighting life in ministry, online community groups and conferences.  We took our staff to the conference in Las Vegas last year and came come refreshed and equipped for the year ahead in family and ministry.

Fearless Mom has been so influential to the way I parent my girls. I listen to her talks over and over. I especially appreciate Pirate Parenting. (ARGH!! Authority, Respect, Gratitude, Honesty) I listen while I cook and clean the house. Gives me a greater purpose while I'm doing the monotony of life.
