Mother's Day Gift Ideas!

Tomorrow is Mother’s Day! This year I wanted to give my mom something that was thoughtful. So I made her a song to tell her how much I love her.

My mom is AMAZING.

My song is called ‘Mamas girl’. It is about us, and why I love her so much.

I have some ideas if you don’t know what to get your mom. It doesn’t have to cost any money to make it special. And it’s not too late to think of something to make your mom feel special this Mother’s Day.

I thought of an idea to get some balloons, and make my mom bed in breakfast. We laid them in her bed while she was still sleeping. I made her french toast and tea. We put some flowers on a tray with the food and my sisters and I sang her a Mother’s Day song and dance that I made. It was just a quick, basic song that anyone could write.

My sister, Hayden put photos of our family into a slideshow and showed it on our T.V.

I made a giant card for my mom, with 10 reasons why I love her.

You could also make a craft. It could be a simple piece of paper with a 3D heart coming out. Or a poem. You could also get a Mason Jar, and fill it with pieces of paper saying why you love your mom. There is so much you can do without money, and make it special.

Yesterday, my mom put up planters and she said she wanted to find big flowers to put in them. Today we are taking her out to buy some (using my dad's money). So, find something your mom would be happy with. If she keeps asking your little sister to clean her bedroom, but she isn’t doing it, help her clean it up, so that on Mother’s Day morning you can surprise her with a clean bedroom floor.

Let her sleep in. Then you can get everything in her bedroom ready while she’s sleeping.

You can make her something to eat. (Breakfast, cupcakes, etc.)

If you have Rainbow Loom, you can make her a bracelet.

Find an old family photo, you can make a frame and add ribbon or glitter.

The possibilities are endless, your mom does stuff for you every day. Do something for her that would make her feel special this Mother's Day!
