Grab your aprons and get your bake on! Today is all about mess and connection. Don’t sweat the small stuff and enjoy the process. Before setting out for a Christmas Baking Day, be sure to have the kitchen clean and ingredients organized to help with the chaos that is bound to come next. We had grand plans but ended up only making Spritz Cookies today. Don’t mind the classy vanilla bottle. I used to make the vanilla in pretty bottles then somewhere along the way I just gave up.

Vanilla Extract Recipe 2 Ways

If you wanna be classy like me, slice 12 vanilla beans length-wise and add to bottle of vodka. Store for at least one month before using. Voila! It’s that simple. Or you can make them pretty by adding 3-5 sliced beans to a bottle and cover in vodka. Store as above.
